You can check your model from your Order History by logging into your Acon account. Or you can find the trampoline model name written on the safety pad on your trampoline.

If you don’t have an Acon account or can’t find the model name from the safety pad, you can measure your trampoline dimensions and find out the model based on the measurements of your trampoline. 

For round trampolines, measure the diameter of the trampoline from the outer edge of the frame.

For rectangular trampolines, measure the longest side of the frame from edge to edge (also from the outer edge of the frame) and count the springs on your trampoline; Acon Air 13 Sport HD has 108 springs, 16 Sport has 138 springs and 16 Sport HD has 140 springs.
