Hello! I'm Dr. Sigourney Weathers, PT. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a lifelong passion for gymnastics and trampoline, I'm dedicated to revolutionizing pediatric physical therapy and wellness.
Drawing from over 30 years of experience in the gymnastics community, including coaching, judging, and specializing in inclusive and adaptive gymnastics for over a decade, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice.
Recognizing a need for ongoing recreational support post-therapy, I founded Balanced Creations Therapy & Trampoline. Our mission is simple: to create a community where everyone, regardless of ability, can thrive and find belonging.
At Balanced Creations, we prioritize play-based, child-led, neurodiversity-affirming practices. Through therapeutic trampolining, gymnastics, and integrated techniques, we're reshaping the landscape of holistic wellness.
Outside of work, I cherish family time, stay active through various workouts, and indulge in hobbies like aerial silk and trampolining.
