• What advice would you give to first-time trampoline buyers?  

AKFIT: Depending on whether the trampoline is for yourself or one of the kids, it's worth planning on balancing what you're willing to spend with how they're going to grow and how their needs will change during that time. ACON users love doing tricks and advanced moves as they gain experience, so it's wise to think about not only what will work this season but for two, three, four years to come in terms of the jumping area. Mountain Cultures: Don’t bother spending money on the cheap department store trampolines that you find at Walmart, Canadian Tire,  etc for these reasons:  .

1. They don’t last long and fall apart quickly as they are made with cheap materials; 
2.  They have very little bounce and become “boring” very fast;
3. They are not as safe in regards to the construction of the mats, nets and frames;
4.  The more bounce they have- the more fun they are and as a result you will find yourself and your kids getting more exercise which has a real benefit to your health. It’s really good exercise!
